Hybrid Training is a combination of multiple workout modalities, circuit training and different forms of programming. Our goal is to get your heart rate high and challenge your cardiovascular system then to bring back down to challenge your strength and build lean muscle.
Every session is the same all day but the way we program allows you to go at YOUR pace and progress the way you need to.
