We started SETS to challenge the status quo of the fitness experience. Not only are our personal trainer-led group classes challenging and accommodating, but we also have created an upbeat, energized atmosphere and a community of positive people who all support each other, from the coaches to the members, from veteran fitness buffs to new arrivals. By staying true to our original vision, we have been able to deliver a group exercise program that will keep you excited, engaged and get you the lasting results you deserve.

WHAT IS HYBRID TRAINING

Using kettlebells, rowers, bikes, TRX, bands, steppers and much more, the SETS program is a functional, interval-based workout program that is jam packed with a constant combination of cardio and strength training that’s built to always shock the body.  Because everything is “for time,” you can go at YOUR speed and do YOUR best, whether that means training for the first time or preparing for a major athletic challenge. For our coaches, your progress is personal. Our group hybrid fitness classes are led by personal trainers with extensive knowledge of the hybrid training method and the movements, and they’ll help guide and motivate you every step of the way.
