Hybrid training is a variety of interval-based circuit training. SETS uses a multitude of formats and equipment that lead to functional benefits with a lower risk of injury.
All SETS Hybrid Training classes are beginner friendly, with exercise modifications and various weight and pace options. SETS coaches will take the time to demonstrate and correct movements as needed, and each workout can be made easier or harder depending on the member’s ability and goals.
Yes! SETS coaches prioritize at least five minutes of dynamic warm up movements prior to SETS classes and at least five minutes of static stretching after sessions.
A positive attitude and willingness to step out of your comfort zone. Sneakers are a must, and towels and water bottles are encouraged, if you need it. Water is available at each SETS location.
Aside from consulting a medical professional for proper advice, it is essential to notify your coach of any injuries or health conditions so the SETS team can take proper action.
